Overview. This website is operated by Attain Brands, LLC, doing business as Woofer Dog Club ("Woofer Dog Club," "we," "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Products. Our products are printed to order. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the finished product. Product images are mockups and are for illustration.
Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or product information, and we may cancel an order placed at a wrong price. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you're charged, we'll refund you in full.
Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You confirm that you're allowed to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, text and images on this site belong to Woofer Dog Club. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.
Your conduct. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to submit false information.
Third-party services. The site runs on Shopify, and some orders are fulfilled by printing partners. Their own terms may apply to those services.
Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies.
