Refund policy
Because every item is printed to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. Our tees run relaxed, so size down if you'd like a closer fit.
If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item:
- arrived damaged,
- has a printing defect or misprint, or
- isn't the item, size or color you ordered.
Send your order number and a clear photo of the problem through our Contact page. Once we confirm it, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Cancellations. Because we start printing quickly, we can only cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us right away if you need to.
