Shipping policy
Every Woofer Dog Club tee and sweatshirt is printed to order, just for you. That means each order is made after you place it, then shipped.
Processing time. Most orders are printed and packed within 2 to 5 business days. During the holidays this can run a little longer.
US shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $99 or more.
- Standard shipping on orders under $99: $4.95 for tees, $8.79 for sweatshirts.
- Express shipping on tees: $9.99 (a phone number is required at checkout).
Delivery time. Once shipped, US standard orders usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Express is faster. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
International shipping. We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU and EFTA countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Brazil, plus a worldwide flat rate. The rate for your country is shown at checkout. International orders may owe import duties or taxes when they arrive, and those are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders sent in more than one package. If you order tees and sweatshirts together, they may be printed in different places and arrive separately.
Lost or late packages. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your package shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help sort it out.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address. If an order comes back to us because of an address error, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
